- • Por su parte, Adriana María Alonso Rosso, Directora Regional del Icontec para Antioquia, Chocó y el Eje Cafetero, recordó que Antioquia es el primer departamento del país certificado en estas normas desde el año 2007.
Este lunes, el gobernador de Antioquia, Luis Pérez Gutiérrez, recibió de manos de altos directivos del Icontec la recertificación para el departamento en las normas ISO 9001 y NTC GP 1000, en acto que tuvo lugar en el salón consejo de gobierno y contó con la presencia de todo el gabinete departamental.
Durante el evento, el gobernador expresó su orgullo por esta recertificación que genera en todos los antioqueños la confianza de que estamos mejorando cada día más, pero no solo en esta gobernación, sino desde el 2007 cuando nos certificamos por primera vez, por lo cual, este trabajo con calidad se ha vuelto una cultura institucional en la gobernación de Antioquia.
El gobernador manifestó que no estamos contentos del todo, que tenemos que mejorar muchísimo más, porque estas entidades públicas son muy pesadas y uno siempre quisiera trabajar con mayor rapidez, más resultados y sin tanta demora en algunos procesos.
En ese sentido, pidió a todos los secretarios que se pongan metas para el 2019, no solo de lograr la recertificación de nuevo, sino mejorar en todo sentido en cada uno de sus procesos. Mencionó temas específicos como lograr tener el mejor sistema de catastro multipropósito del país, para mejorar en todos esos procesos administrativos y reducir incluso índices de violencia.
También mencionó que se aspira a tener procesos rectos y limpios para todas las licitaciones, en las cuales se vea la participación masiva, como se ve hoy, que demuestra confianza en el sistema.
A su vez, Jairo Alberto Cano Pabón, secretario de Gestión Humana y Desarrollo Organizacional de la gobernación de Antioquia, recordó que esta recertificación significa que todos nuestros procesos se ajustan a los diferentes estándares de calidad internacional y están ajustados y trabajan conjunto con las líneas de trabajo del plan de desarrollo.
El secretario destacó como los grandes frentes de labor la lucha contra la corrupción, una gestión transparente, la cultura de rendición de cuentas y un gobierno de cara a la ciudadanía, entre otros.
Hizo énfasis el secretario en que esta recertificación implica que debemos mejorar a diario en todos nuestros procesos, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el reto que se viene con el posconflicto y en los diversos frentes de labor, de cara a atender cada vez mejor las necesidades de los antioqueños.
Por su parte, Adriana María Alonso Rosso, Directora Regional del Icontec para Antioquia, Chocó y el Eje Cafetero, recordó que Antioquia es el primer departamento del país certificado en estas normas desde el año 2007 y ha venido renovando desde entonces su compromiso con la calidad, buscando atender cada vez mejor a la ciudadanía.
Dijo la funcionaria que todo esto se ha logrado gracias al compromiso de la alta dirección con el sistema, el efectivo trabajo que se adelanta bajo el esquema de procesos y el tener siempre presente los postulados de trabajar cada vez más con eficacia, eficiencia y efectividad.
En general resaltó el trabajo que durante todos estos años se ha llevado a cabo para mantener y mejorar el sistema de calidad en la gobernación de Antioquia.
